Role 1 - Civil Foreman Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and workforce Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials Ensure works meet program and quality standards Enforce WHS procedures and site compliance Read and interpret drawings and construction plans Report progress and site issues to Project Management Skills & Experience Proven experience as Civil Foreman / Supervisor Strong knowledge of earthworks, services & infrastructure Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors Solid WHS understanding White Card (required) Plant tickets highly regarded Salary $90,000 - $140,000 super (DOE) Role 2 - Project Engineer (Civil) Key Responsibilities Support delivery of civil projects from start to finish Assist with planning, programming and cost control Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Manage documentation, RFIs and technical queries Monitor QA and WHS compliance Provide progress reporting to project leadership Skills & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience as Project Engineer in civil projects Strong knowledge of earthworks, services, roads or structures Ability to read drawings and manage technical details Strong communication and problem-solving skills Salary $100,000 - $140,000 super (DOE) Benefits & Perks Full-time, permanent roles Long-term ACT project pipeline Supportive leadership and professional team culture Career progression opportunities Stable employment with a respected civil contractor About the company Our client is a long-established civil construction contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the ACT.
